Today is my last day at my current job.
It's a bittersweet feeling. On the one hand, I've worked here as an intern in 2005, and then fulltime since 2006, and that's a long time to spent 8+ hours a day with people in the same building. So I've made some friendships (some very, very good ones) and good connections. The fear of the unknown is there, too.
But on the other hand, I am so excited for this new chapter in my life, and this new job and opportunity and adventure. I think this change is exactly what I need. I already feel recharged and I haven't even stepped on campus yet.
Today will be interesting, but a good day nonetheless.
